Hurry up with the food, lady!

Believe it or not, this is a BABY rabbit. She's a Flemish Giant, and she'll be much bigger when she's full-grown.

(Nice photography, Noah!)

Rabbit Chow Again?!

Some bunnies are really hard to please.

This bunny and his mate were adopted by some lucky family today! But many more bunnies are waiting in shelters like this one: Brambley Hedge Rabbit Rescue

You did what??!!

Oreo gives Steven the bad news about the carpet.

Piano Lesson

How can I practice? I don't even have fingers!

Welcome to the Zoo!

One of these days, I'll escape from this cage, and they'll all be sorry!

Oreo's story

Oreo (who was called Hobo at the rabbit rescue) was a 4yo male at the Arizona Humane Society. No one adopted him there, so the humane society was going to have to euthanize him. The good people at the rabbit rescue stepped in and rescued him. Then we came along and took him home.

He's nervous of new people. He chews A LOT, and has destroyed carpet and electrical cords. He's strong-willed, and will stomp his foot and grunt at us when we try to pick him up to put him back in his cage. But he's also very snuggly, and will let you pet him for a long time. He also grooms us. He's not terribly playful (he is six years old now), but he does like picking things up and tossing them around.

Welcome to our blog!

This blog is about bunnies. We have a bunny of our own, and we work with about a hundred rabbits every day at a rescue shelter. This blog will have pictures and stories about all the rabbits in our lives.
